HB 1698-FN passed the house with the amendment lowering height from 50 feet to 20 feet. However, the language to exempt any notification still exists in the bill.
On March 21, 2024 the bill was introduced to the Senate and referred to the NH Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee. Here are the email addresses of the Senators on that Committee.
